To strengthen process safety management and enhance product quality, on September 27, the company organized a special training session on workshop process safety management for personnel from the Quality Control Department, as well as production workshop managers, supervisors, and team leaders. The event featured three key components—training, Q&A sessions, and an exam—to comprehensively improve workshop employees' understanding of critical process principles involved in production, ensuring they can effectively apply this knowledge in their daily work.
Training Session
The first session featured training on process flows for each workshop, as well as instruction on key control points specific to each workshop. Participants received detailed explanations and analyses of the process flow diagrams for products including pickled vegetables, braised and marinated meat products, instant wet rice-based products, instant wet noodle products, semi-solid seasonings, liquid seasonings, and refrigerated prepared foods (such as convenient side dishes). Through this training, attendees deepened their understanding of production process principles, effectively boosting process improvements in daily operations.
Q&A Session
The second segment was the Q&A session. Drawing from the training content and their own experiences with "complex and challenging issues" encountered in daily production, participants eagerly shared their concerns and questions. Everyone carefully took notes and reflected on potential flaws in their routine operations, helping them pinpoint the real problems—and ultimately figure out how to prevent similar issues from arising in future production processes.
Exam Session
The third segment is the process safety exam. Passing the exam will test and reinforce everyone's training outcomes, ensuring that theoretical learning truly integrates with practical application—bridging knowledge and action, so you can put what you've learned into practice effectively.
Summary Session
At the conclusion of this training session, personnel from the Quality Control Department emphasized that there are no small matters when it comes to food safety.
